A location-aware mobile flow for temporary workplace arrivals, reservations, and on-site confidence.
The work starts with a practical question: what does a person need to know at this exact point, and what can stay out of the way? I look at the building, the decision, the hand-off between physical and digital space, and the recovery path when someone has missed a step.
