WORK / CASE STUDY
CMU Tepper School of Business
01 / CONTEXT
02 / APPROACH
03 / OUTCOME
Wayfinding and touchpoint design for a business school building that has to make sense at pace.
The work starts with a practical question: what does a person need to know at this exact point, and what can stay out of the way? I look at the building, the decision, the hand-off between physical and digital space, and the recovery path when someone has missed a step.
ONE SYSTEM, MULTIPLE DECISIONS
Clear on the wall. Clear on the screen. Clear in the person’s hands.
01
Observe the real route, not the idealized diagram. Then make the next decision obvious.
