Interactive Exhibit

Modern sports supplement packaging tubes with bold typography and color-block design

project overview

For this project, I designed an interactive digital experience for the Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens, focused on making animal and conservation education more engaging for visitors of all ages. As the Senior UX/UI Designer, I led the interaction and visual design, creating an intuitive touchscreen experience that encouraged visitors to explore and learn at their own pace. I designed the interactive conservation map, touch-enabled locations, animal information screens, and a multiple-choice quiz that reinforced what visitors learned throughout the experience. My goal was to balance education with playful interaction, using clear navigation, visual hierarchy, and engaging content to create an experience that encouraged visitors to keep exploring while learning more about the zoo’s animals and conservation efforts.
