KSU Coles College

project overview
I designed an interactive wayfinding kiosk for Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business Graduate Programs. My approach focused on making a large amount of information feel clear, organized, and easy to navigate on a touchscreen. I worked closely with stakeholders throughout the entire process, using their feedback and requirements to shape the experience from the early planning stages through the final interface. I created the visual system, interactive maps, navigation, destination and faculty directories, event listings, and room information. I also developed the floor-map experience with color-coded spaces, entrances, restrooms, classrooms, and key destinations so visitors could quickly understand the building layout. My role covered UX/UI design, visual design, information architecture, and interactive wayfinding. Working collaboratively with stakeholders allowed me to refine the experience while maintaining KSU’s visual identity and creating a cohesive kiosk that helps students, faculty, staff, and visitors find where they need to go with less confusion.
